Our Staff

At Bright Sun Therapy Corp., we take pride in our dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism. Our highly trained staff ensures that every therapy session is effective, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based practices.

Our BCBAs play a vital role in designing and overseeing individualized therapy programs. Their responsibilities include:
✔ Conducting in-depth, data-driven assessments
✔ Supervising and guiding therapy programs to ensure progress
✔ Consulting with families and caregivers for consistent support
✔ Analyzing therapy session data to make informed decisions
✔ Maintaining up-to-date certifications and continuing education with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Our behaviorally trained ABA Therapists work directly with clients, implementing ABA therapy sessions in various settings.

Behavior Technicians (RBTs) must:
✔ Complete at least 12 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, or related fields
✔ Be enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program
✔ Have at least 48 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework
✔ Complete 40 hours of intensive training and supervised fieldwork upon hire

Many of our Behavior Technicians hold degrees in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Education, Human Development, Social Work, or Behavioral Health.
